Here's Suzie!
Hello, hello! My name is Susanna Loosier and I have recently been welcomed into the Adventures in Missions' family! I am coming on full time in Field Support and will be helping meet, interview, train, build relationships with, and support upcoming team leaders.
I began to seek help with battling depression about 10 months ago. Some friends introduced me to a few people that are involved in AIM and they guided, helped, and supported me in my journey to create a better relationship with the Lord. Over the last few months, my relationship with the Lord has blossomed into something I never thought it would be. God has been breaking my heart over and over again just to bring me even closer to Him and expand my knowledge of how He works in my life.
Ever since I heard of AIM I have wanted to be a part of this great organization. I had been looking for jobs for months and praying that the Lord would lead me to a good job with a strong community of people. A little over a week ago, I was called with an opportunity to join the AIM family. I literally jumped with excitement and sent in my resume. This job is an answered prayer. I couldn't be happier to be surrounded by such a great community of good, Christian people. I feel like AIM is the place where my heart will fully heal and I can grow in my relationship with Christ.
Besides seeking to build on my relationship with the Lord, I hope to build strong relationships with the people around me. I'm so excited to be joining the AIM family and I look forward to meeting all kinds of new people! I can be a little awkward sometimes and I love soccer and cats. I'm here to lift you up, whether it be with kind words or through prayer, just let me know!
With love,
Suzie
